Biography |
- Cyrus Brown Follmer served in the Bucknell Ambulance corps in WWI and was on the front. After WWI, he became a U.S. Diplomat serving in Tallinn Estonia, Lyons France, Paris France, Berlin Germany and later in Calgery Alberta and in Ottawa Ontario Canada. Cyrus also served brilliantly in WWII and attained the highest rank of a non-commissioned officer. Responsible for passing a bill on the naturalization of non-US citizens serving in the US Army, he spent most of his time at the front naturalizing men serving for the U.S.
