William F. Nagle Building after the fire

Looking north, Broadway is behind the men, who are standing at the bottom of the hill going up to the canal bridge on the right. The building behind them is the William F. Nagle Store, with his warehouse and wharf to the right. To the left of the store is North Front St. (now Arch), and the building to the left is the German Reformed Church.
